In addition to Sara Brody and Michael Rugen, discussed here, several other securities litigators are joining Sidley Austin’s San Francisico office from Heller Ehrman. Partners Marie Fiala and Carol Lynn Thompson also will be joining Sidley in San Francisco, Cal Law’s Legal Pad reports, and the group is bringing along at least four associates, as well.
Brody told Cal Law, “We were very clear that it mattered to move as a group and in a way that we would be able to bring at least some amount of our staff with us. We are thrilled” to be at Sidley, she added.
