David A. Hickerson has joined Foley & Lardner as a partner in its Washington, DC office. The firm announced yesterday that Hickerson joins its White Collar Defense, Securities Enforcement & Litigation, and General Commercial Litigation Practices. Prior to joining Foley, Hickerson was a partner at Weil Gotshal & Manges.
