Three former white collar/securities litigation partners in Clifford Chance’s New York office have left the firm and are “understood” to be in advanced talks with New York law firm Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, The Lawyer reports.  The three partners are John Carroll, Warren Feldman and David Meister.

Carrol (pictured) and Meister are former AUSAs in the Southern District of New York.

The Lawyer reports that these departures come less than a month after Washington DC managing partner Leiv Blad and litigation partners Jon Roellke and Boyd Cloern left for Bingham.
