The Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) has a video entitled “The Rise and Fall of Bill Lerach” that it aired at the PLUS International Conference in November 2008, and plans to replay at the PLUS D&O Symposium in February. We have not seen it yet, but we assume it must be good because it has its own trailer (and because Kevin LaCroix says so!).

I agree with Kevin LaCroix (as usual) it is a compelling examination of the events leading to the downfall of the most (in)famous plaintiffs’ attorney in D&O security class actions.
It is rather reminisent of The Smartest Guys in the Room.
I would love to watch the whole thing but have not been at any of the PLUS conferences.
