UK’s SFO Believes Madoff’s UK Operations Played Significant Role in Scheme
The U.K.’s Serious Fraud Office, which is investigating the Bernard Madoff Ponzi scheme, reportedly believes that Madoff’s U.K. operations “played a significant role in the operation” of Madoff’s scheme. Sweden: Prosecutors Allege Largest Insider Trading Scandal in Swedish History

Please join us today at 2 pm Eastern for a webcast that will look at the bankruptcy “clawback” in detail.
