SD Video: Analysis of the Court’s Rejection of the SEC-BofA Settlement

Peter Henning and David Seide joined Securities Docket editor Bruce Carton to analyze Judge Jed Rakoff’s order yesterday rejecting the proposed $33 million settlement between the SEC and the Bank of America.

Peter Henning is a professor at Wayne State University Law School, and a former Senior Attorney in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement. David Seide is a partner at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP, and a former Assistant U.S. Attorney in Los Angeles.
