CNBC’s Mary Thompson reports that the recent death of Jeffry Picower may make it more difficult for Madoff victims to recover. Picower, a Palm Beach billionaire and philanthropist, has been called the the biggest beneficiary of Bernard Madoff’s fraud. He died on Sunday, and was found lying at the bottom of the pool at his home.
