The U.K.’s Financial Services Authority said Friday that it has arrested three men for insider dealing.
The regulator said it executed search warrants on four addresses in London as part of the operation, which was carried out jointly with the City of London Police Economic Crime Directorate. The men were released on police bail.
The Guardian reports that the FSA has so far secured four sentences of imprisonment (one suspended) in relation to insider dealing: Christopher McQuoid, a solicitor, and his father-in-law, James Melbourne, last May; and Matthew and his father Neel Uberoi in November.
