Joseph H. Zwicker, has been appointed Co-Chair of the White Collar and Corporate Investigations Subcommittee for the Securities Litigation Section of the American Bar Association.
Zwicker is a Partner in the Government Enforcement & Compliance and Major Commercial Litigation Practice Groups at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP. Prior to joining Choate, Zwicker was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Major Frauds Section of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, California.
