Alice Fisher, former Assistant Attorney General in charge of the DOJ’s Criminal Division, has rejoined law firm Latham & Watkins as a partner. The firm announced today that Fisher will rejoin the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as a partner in the Litigation Department and as a Global Co-Chair of the White Collar and Government Investigations Practice Group.
According to the Blog of the Legal Times, Fisher led more than 750 attorneys and staff in 10 countries while at the DOJ. She also chaired the National Procurement Fraud Task Force, which was established to prevent and combat fraud in government contracting.
