Fulbright & Jaworski Adds Three Former DOJ Attorneys

Three former Department of Justice lawyers have joined Fulbright & Jaworski, the firm announced today.  The new additions are William B. Jacobson, the former Assistant Chief for Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Enforcement in the Fraud Section of the DOJ’s Criminal Division, who joins Fulbright as a partner; John E. Kelly, the former DOJ Fraud Section Assistant Chief for Health Care Fraud, who joins as senior counsel; and Jonathan S. Abernethy, a former Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York, who also joins as senior counsel.  All three attorneys will join Fulbright’s White Collar practice.
