Video: Temporary Cease Fire in Wachovia Legal Battle

Jonathan Glater glows in the New York Times (here) about the complex legal wranglings that are now briefly on hold in the Citigroup, Wells Fargo and Wachovia “legal hate triangle.” He says the action has been “screenplay-worthy” and that “The tense and intense maneuvering makes clear why New York’s top legal talent gets paid so many hundreds of dollars an hour, and why so many young men and women aspire to a life of corporate legal bliss.”

Personally, I may sit out any future film about this M&A dispute but to each his own.  Reuters has this video updating where the legal drama stands as of last night.
