D.C.’s Board on Professional Responsibility Recommends Steven Schulman Be Disbarred

By Securities Docket on November 2, 2008, 2:10 pm

It is probably the least of his worries right now but D.C.’s Board on Professional Responsibility recommended last Friday that Steven Schulman, former name partner at Milberg Weiss Bershad & Schulman, be disbarred after he was convicted and sentenced to six months in prison (discussed here), the Blog of the Legal Times reports

The recommendation will be sent to the D.C. Court of Appeals, which will ultimately make the decision.  The BLT reports that Schulman consented to being disbarred in D.C. on Oct. 8, and he is already disbarred in New York.
