Securities Litigator Christopher “Kip” Hall Joins DLA Piper’s New York Office

Securities litigator Christopher “Kip” Hall has joined DLA Piper as a partner in the firm’s New York office, and will practice in the firm’s Litigation group. Prior to joining DLA Piper, Hall was a partner with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.

In a statement today, Joseph G. Finnerty III, Chair of DLA Piper’s New York Litigation Practice, said that “there is little doubt that the current financial crisis will lead to a wave of securities litigation, particularly in the financial sector.
