David Burns Elected as Partner at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher

David Burns has been elected as a partner at Gibson Dunn, the law firm announced today.  Burns, a former AUSA in the Southern District of New York who is resident in Gibson Dunn’s DC office, focuses his practice on white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, regulatory enforcement and litigation matters.  He is among 13 attorneys elected as partners effective January 1, 2009.
