Barry Sabin will join Latham & Watkins as a partner in the firm’s Washington, DC office. The firm announced today that Sabin will join it as a partner in its Litigation Department. Sabin joins Latham from the DOJ, where he served for 18 years, most recently as Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division.
While at DOJ, Sabin and then-Assistant Attorney General Alice Fisher supervised white collar enforcement matters throughout the country, with Sabin participating in the Corporate Fraud and National Procurement Fraud Task Forces. Prior to serving at the DOJ, Sabin served as the First Assistant and Chief of the Criminal Division in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida (Miami).
