Sidney Liebesman has joined the Wilmington, Delaware law firm Finger & Slanina as a name partner. The law firm will now be known as Finger, Slanina & Liebesman.
Liebesman was formerly a senior partner with the law firm of Grant & Eisenhofer, where he was centrally involved in the successful prosecution of securities fraud claims involving Tyco International, Royal Dutch Shell, Global Crossing, Enron and WorldCom on behalf of various U.S. and European institutional investors. Finger, Slanina & Liebesman is a boutique firm specializing in corporate and securities litigation.
