Milberg LLP announced today that is has started a new bankruptcy practice to be led by Jonathan M. Landers, who joins Milberg as a partner in its New York headquarters. Landers previously was a partner at Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher.
Landers stated that “given the turmoil in the economy, a growing number of individuals and institutions are in need of representation,” and that he believes “that my area of expertise serves to perfectly complement [Milberg’s] first-rate financial and litigation practice.”
