By Securities Docket on February 10, 2009, 8:59 am

Henry J. DePippo has joined law firm Kirkland & Ellis as a partner in its New York office.  The firm announced yesterday that DePippo has joined its Litigation Practice Group and that his focus will be on the firm’s white collar criminal defense and securities enforcement practice.

DePippo joins Kirkland & Ellis from Nixon Peabody, where he was a partner in the litigation and white collar practice areas. He was also previously Senior Trial Counsel in the Southern District of New York, where he served as Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division.  His practice includes the areas of government investigations, white collar criminal defense, internal investigations and complex commercial litigation, including False Claims Act litigation.
