Tower Snow Joins Law Firm Howard Rice

By Securities Docket on March 5, 2009, 11:09 am

Well-known securities litigator Tower C. Snow, Jr. has joined law firm Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin as a Director (Partner).   The firm announced today that Snow will join its securities and financial services litigation practice.

As previously discussed here, the WSJ announced back in Decmber 2008 that after a lengthy hiatus, Snow was back on the market, looking to get back into a firm and shopping his resume.  He told the WSJ that “Like everyone else, I’ve been affected by the financial markets.  At the same time I was expelled from [Brobeck] I was involved in a traumatic divorce and I saw my net worth vaporize.”

Snow was formerly a partner and member of the Americas Management Group at Clifford Chance US. He also served as the Chairman of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP and was a partner at Shearman & Sterling and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where he was the Chairman of the Litigation Department.

The firm announced that over the course of his career, Snow has been lead or co-lead defense counsel in more than 200 securities class actions.
