What were you doing on Friday, November 30, 2007, from 9:00 am until 11:34 am? Commuting into work? Taking in a matinee? Stuck in a meeting?
If the answer to what you were doing during this two hours and 34 minute period of time is not “selling Vedior stock” then it looks like you missed out on the entire class period in the Dutch securities class action settlement with Vedior’s sucessor, Randstad Holding NV.
Surprisingly, this is not the shortest class period we’ve come upon. That honor goes to the Corinthian College case filed December 8, 2003 in the SDNY. The class period in that case was the period between 10:46 a.m. and approximately 12:30 p.m. on December 5, 2003–a total of one hour and 44 minutes.
