Patrick Dunaud and Emmanuel Drai have joined law firm Winston & Strawn as partners in its Paris office. The firm announced this week that Dunaud and Drai have joined its litigation practice together with three senior associates. All of the attorneys join the firm from Latham & Watkins.
Dunaud and Drai focus their global practices on complex litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property, corporate litigation, Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”), compliance and risk management matters.
Dunaud previously served as chair of the Litigation department of Latham’s Paris office and as global co-chair of the firm’s Securities Litigation and Professional Liability practice group. Drai also served as global co-chair of the Securities Litigation and Professional Liability practice group.
