Lorin Reisner to Join SEC’s Division of Enforcement as Deputy Director

Lorin L. Reisner will join the SEC’s Division of Enforcement as Deputy Director. The SEC announced yesterday that Reisner, a former federal prosecutor and current litigation partner at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, will join the agency in early August.

Reisner has been a litigation partner at Debevoise since 1996. He previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York from 1990 to 1994.
