I’m curious why you think that people don’t care about congress and insider trading (Bruce’s words, but I tend to agree). I expected more media coverage but just don’t see it.
I say that based on the total apathy that seems to be associated with this bill. I heard it had something like 4 supporters in Congress, hopefully that was misprint. But what Congressman could oppose it if it was put under a spotlight by the press? How do you argue that you should not be liable for insider trading?
