By Securities Docket on August 19, 2009, 1:11 pm

gavelJ. Travis Laster, a partner with Abrams & Laster in Wilmington, Delaware, has been nominated by Gov. Jack Markell for the vacant seat on Delaware’s prestigious Court of Chancery.  The News Journal reports that Laster was selected from a field of about seven candidates who applied for the seat left vacant when Stephen P.
