Report: Arrests Expected Shortly in Porsche Case

porscheGerman media reported today that arrest ­warrants are likely to be issued in the next few days to former executives of Porsche.  The Evening Standard reports that the full extent of the corruption probe of Porsche may be learned today.  As previously discussed here, officers from the Stuttgart prosecutor raided the headquarters of Porsche yesterday and seized documents.  Porsche is reportedly facing allegations of “breaching ‘information publication requirements’ — effectively insider trading — as laid out by the German Stock Corporation Act.”
