Robert Bennett and Carl Rauh Joining Hogan & Hartson in D.C.

bennett230Robert S. Bennett (pictured) and Carl S. Rauh are joining law firm Hogan & Hartson as partners in its D.C. office.  The firm announced yesterday that the two attorneys will join its white collar and investigations practice.

Bennett and Rauh, who have worked together for nearly 30 years, will join Hogan from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where they are partners.  Bennett and Rauh are both former federal prosecutors.  Bennett has served as former President Clinton’s personal attorney, and represented former newspaper journalist Judith Miller in the CIA leak investigation. Rauh is a former U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.
