Hong Kong: Former Morgan Stanley Banker Gets 7 Years for Insider Trading

By Securities Docket on September 18, 2009, 11:48 am

Du was sentenced to seven years in prison and fined HK$23.3 million ($3 million) for insider trading, the longest sentence he could have received.  Full details are available in this post on my Ebnforcement Action blog over at Compliance Week.
