Despite a noon Monday deadline imposed by a House committee to make certain disclosures, Bank of America did not provide the information sought by a congressional probe into its Merrill Lynch deal. TheStreet.com reports that BofA will meet with committee chairman Rep. Edolphus Towns on Tuesday to address the issue.

Investigations into the matter now reportedly include the SEC, the New York Attorney General, the DOJ, the FBI and Congress.
