CNBC Video: BofA Meets Congressional Deadline, Maintains Privilege Assertion

CNBC’s Scott Cohn reports that Bank of America says it did, in fact, comply with a House committee’s demand for documents on the now-controversial merger with Merrill Lynch. The standoff with Congress and the courts, however, is not over with respect to certain documents that the bank contends are privileged.
