Daniella Strik to Join Linklaters in Amsterdam, Launch Dutch Litigation Practice

strik_danielleLinklaters will launch a new litigation practice in the Netherlands with the hire of Daniella Strik, a partner at NautaDutilh.  TheLawyer.com reports that Strik will be the first “disputes” partner to be based in the firm’s Amsterdam office, and will begin working at the firm in February 2010.

Strik specializes in corporate litigation and corporate governance matters.  She also advises and litigates in the field of directors’ liability, and has been involved in activist shareholders cases concerning Royal Dutch Shell, VNU, ASMI and Stork.
