SEC Enforcement Brings on First-Ever “COO”

By Securities Docket on October 16, 2009, 3:35 pm

SECSeal230The SEC announced today that it has hired Adam Storch as its first-ever “Managing Executive of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement.” In this newly-created post, Storch will essentially function as the Enforcement Division’s first “chief operating officer,” and will take on responsibility for several key areas that were recently been flagged as deficient in the Division. Full details are available in this post on my Enforcement Action blog over at Compliance Week.
