Debra Patalkis has joined law firm Schiff Hardin LLP as a partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. The firm announced this week that Patalkis has joined its Securities and Futures Regulation Group.
Patalkis’ practice focuses on defending investigations and enforcement actions by the SEC and self-regulatory organizations. She joins Schiff Hardin from Drinker, Biddle and Reath. Previously, Patalkis served as Assistant Chief Litigation Counsel in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, from 1999 through 2005.
