In France, regulator AMF cleared Airbus parent EADS and all other parties of accusations of insider trading and misleading markets. Reuters reports that the decision ends a three-year probe that began in June 2006 after EADS suffered a dramatic fall in its share price when it announced worsening delays in deliveries of its A380 superjumbo.
The AMF also cleared two big EADS shareholders, German carmaker Daimler and French media group Lagardere.
