International Rectifier Says SEC Will Not Recommend Enforcement Action Against It

International Rectifier Corp., a maker of power management chips for satellites and aircraft, announced on Thursday that the SEC has notified it that the agency has concluded its investigation related to the prior restatement of the company’s financial statements and does not intend to recommend any enforcement action against it.

Oleg Khaykin, President and CEO of International Rectifier, stated that “[t]he decision by the SEC largely concludes the legacy regulatory issues associated with the prior restatement and investigation of the Company. We are pleased to have received this result, and are focusing our time and resources on the continuing growth of our business.”
