WSJ Video: BofA Chiefs Charged With Securities Fraud

The WSJ’s News Hub reports in this video on civil securities fraud charges filed today by NY Attorney General Andrew Cuomo against former Bank of America CEO Kenneth Lewis and former CFO Joseph Price over their handling of the Merrill Lynch acquisition. Cuomo alleges that BofA failed to disclose astronomical losses piling up at Merrill to shareholders prior to the vote on the acquisition.
