Diana L. Weiss (pictured), James J. Capra, Jr., and James P. Cusick have joined law firm King & Spalding as partners. Weiss has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C., office and Capra and Cusick have joined its New York office.
The firm announced today that Weiss, Capra, and Cusick–who all are joining King & Spalding from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, where they were partners–will be members of its litigation practice, with a focus on accountant liability, financial institution and securities litigation.
