Last month, the SEC posted job listings seeking five hedge fund managers. According to FINalternatives, the SEC’s new Asset Management unit is seeking fund managers, chief operating officers or anyone else with “direct exposure to trading and operations” for the positions, which pay between $198,333 and $210,232 per year.
FINAlternatives reports that another new SEC unit, the Division of Risk, Strategy and Financial Innovation, recently hired former hedge fund manager Gregg Berman.
