SEC’s Mark Adler Joining PCAOB as Deputy Chief Trial Counsel

Mark A. Adler, Deputy Chief Litigation Counsel of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, will leave the agency later this month to join the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Adler will become the PCAOB’s Deputy Chief Trial Counsel in the Division of Enforcement and Investigations.

Adler has served at the SEC for over 13 years. He has been Deputy Chief Litigation Counsel since 2004, working with the Chief Litigation Counsel to oversee the Enforcement Division’s nationwide litigation program.
