Jay Musoff has joined law firm Loeb & Loeb as a partner in the firm’s New York office. The firm announced yesterday that Musoff has joined its White Collar Criminal Defense, Corporate Compliance, and Investigations Group. Musoff joins Loeb & Loeb from Orrick, Herrington, & Sutcliffe LLP in New York.
Previously, Musoff served for more than five years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the SDNY, where he was a member of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force.
