The ASC says that in early 2009 Memet Kont, then the chief operating officer of Calvalley Petroleum and now its president, and then-senior reservoir engineer Kevin Dougald MacArthur “were in possession of material information not publicly disclosed at the time when they purchased Calvalley Petroleum shares.”
