On April 1, Sanjay Wadhwa was promoted to the position of Associate Regional Director for Enforcement in SEC’s New York Regional Office. The SEC announced that Wadhwa becomes one of three Associate Directors for Enforcement in that office.
Previously, Wadhwa served as Assistant Regional Director and as Deputy Chief of the Enforcement Division’s Market Abuse Unit. He has been an attorney in the Enforcement Division since 2003.
