David Woodcock Named Director of SEC Fort Worth Regional Office

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that David Woodcock has been named Regional Director of the SEC’s Fort Worth Regional Office. He will begin working at the agency in mid-September. Mr. Woodcock joins the SEC from the law firm of Vinson & Elkins LLP, where he has been a litigation partner in the firm’s Austin office with a practice focusing on securities and commercial litigation, internal corporate investigations, complex accounting and auditing issues, and antitrust matters.
