Australia: Gunns boss accused of inside trade

Former Gunns Limited boss John Gay has been charged with insider trading after selling millions of dollars worth of shares before a major slump in the timber company’s share price. Gay, 68, faces two counts of alleged insider disposing of shares by making the trades two months before the company unveiled a 98 per cent profit slump in February, 2010.
