Frank Burke has joined Seyfarth Shaw’s Los Angeles office as a Litigation partner. Burke was previously a partner and national practice group leader of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group at Steptoe & Johnson, and he previously served for five years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, focusing on white collar and economic crimes.
