John Tang has joined law firm Jones Day as a partner in its San Francisco Office. Tang is now a member of Jones Day’s Securities Litigation & SEC Enforcement Practice. Tang joins Jones Day from the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins, where he was a litigation partner, former co-chair of the firm’s Securities Litigation and Professional Liability Practice Group, and former global chair of the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
