US Chamber Enlists Trade Associations In FCPA Push

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce amplified its efforts to amend a foreign bribery law Tuesday, sending a letter signed by more than 30 trade associations to the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission requesting “authoritative guidance” on the law.
