Daimler Not Out Of The Woods In Bribery Case

In 2010, the Justice Department agreed to defer prosecuting the company for two years and ultimately drop the charges if the company complied with the terms of a settlement agreed to by both sides. The two-year term was set to expire on Sunday but has been extended until Dec. 31, according to court documents filed by prosecutors on Wednesday.
