Daniel Nathan Joins Morrison & Foerster in Washington, D.C.

Daniel A. Nathan has joined law firm Morrison & Foerster as a partner in its Washington, D.C. office. The firm announced yesterday that Nathan has joined its Securities Litigation, Enforcement and White-Collar Defense Group.

Nathan is the former Vice President and Regional Enforcement Director for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Previously, Nathan served for 12 years at the SEC as Assistant Director in the Division of Enforcement. He also served for nine years at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission as Deputy Director of Enforcement.
