Murphy & McGonigle and Krebsbach & Snyder, two financial services law boutiques, are combining. Thirty-attorney Murphy & McGonigle, which has six lawyers in New York, is acquiring Wall Street-based Krebsbach, which has eight lawyers, all in New York. The eight lawyers from Krebsbach, which was founded in 1993, are all coming on board, firm leaders said.
